Equipment - Food Cone
Applications:
- Fish and Chips
- Dips with Breads or Crackers
- Assorted Finger foods, Fried or Fresh
Each stand will hold three 7.5cm wide porcelain dishes and one silicon lined
paper cone.
The recommended paper cone is to be formed from a piece of paper 60cm Square. To
make a cone do the following,
- Make a triangle by taking one corner of the paper diagonally across to meet
another corner.
- Hold the paper in your left hand with the point of the triangle pointing to the
right.
- Take the top left hand corner point and make it meet with the right hand point
and hold both points together.
- The bottom point is then taken up and around to meet the other points.
- Fold all points together inward 10cm down into the inside of the paper.
- Invert/ or fold out the complete rim of the cone a further 5cm
- Cone complete
Repeat the process with waxed or silicon paper to line the paper cone; one 60cm
piece of wax paper cut into two triangles will make 2 linings
