Glenn is the founder and principal of Xtreme Chef Consulting building this exciting and unique food service consulting firm over the past 10 years. Glenn’s success is built on a genuine and extensive experience base of both hotel and food manufacturing, together with several layers of industry contacts, knowledge and professional affiliations manages to deliver solid results for all of Xtreme’s clients.

Working in many markets has developed Xtreme to be now recognised globally as an important and influential service to the food industry, having a presence in several international markets including Japan, Canada, USA, South Africa, India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand and of course Australia. Xtreme is proud of its recent business portfolio including both the summer and winter Olympic games as major international successes.

As a testament to ongoing success in the past several months Glenn has had several promotions; At the world chefs conference in Chile Glenn was re-elected to the world board of chefs, locally Glenn has been appointed as General Manager of FOCiS and internationally re-appointed in his Global business development position for Fonterra , achievements that are a result of his energy and effort.
